Where to start.....

 Their website is nice. It has a good lay out and is easy to use. Their you tube channel is fun and informative.

Their clothes and shoes from my experience so far are of nice quality and have awesome prices. The shoes I've gotten are comfy, well made and super cute and fashionable. The clothes have nice fabric, a good fit and also wash well so you will definitely get your moneys worth from them!

Ordering from them is very straight forward and easy. They always have coupon codes for money off which is nice or free shipping in America over $50 which is awesome if you live there. The shipping costs from America to Ireland is OK I think but then again I actually never ordered anything from America before so I honestly don't have anything to compare it to. But the way I see it is America is really far away from Ireland and you kinda break even when you use the coupon codes. Shipping seems fast too because I get my orders in less then 3 weeks from ordering to arriving at my door.

I haven't returned anything but it just seems a bit awkward because of the whole process of paying and ship it back yourself. I can understand why this is so but to be honest it doesn't seem worth it as the clothes are so affordable anyways so to me it would make more sense to give something that doesn't fit or I don't like to a family member or friend because it could fit them perfect.

I would say if in doubt when it comes to sizes, go for a size up because if its a little to big you can still wear it or you could take it in but if its too small you couldn't. Also check out their size charts because they are very handy. When it comes to shoes in particular, other peoples reviews and comments are super useful as well.

My only real annoyance about this site is that twice I have ordered somethings and payed for it and the order when through and all looked like it was going good but these two times 1 item from each order wasn't shipped because they basically ran out of stock and I had to contact them and ask what was going on and I had to recontact them and see what the progress with the situation is like. This is currently ongoing and so I don't have an answer yet but I will definitely share how it turns out with it. Fingers crossed it turns out good but we shall see.
